Most of us will experience mental health issues in our lives. Unfortunately, the term ‘Mental Health’ does come with some stigma attached and at times people believe that to see a psychologist you need to be ‘crazy’. Although friends and family can be a great resource to talk to and to seek help from, a psychologist can offer you an unbiased opinion; often friends and family can be too close to the issue at hand and may be biased.
